Does this car qualify for the Goverrents new $4,500 incentive for klunkers?  My car has definitely dropped in MPG rec'd.  It has 140,000 miles

I believe that the MPG is taken and used as it was stated on the sticker when the car was new. Just because now the MPG has dropped I am not sure that they will accept that as a requirement. Although some dealers are allowing the $4500 incentive to attract customers. So go to the dealer and see what they can do for you, maybe try a couple different makes.
