Volvo: 1996 Volvo 850 turbo brakes, disc brake pads, turbo brakes

How difficult is it to replace the disc brake pads on a 1996 Volvo 850 turbo?  Also, are the rotors floating rotors?  Do I need to take the caliper off?   Thanks for your help.

The caliper is removed to install the pads. The caliper and the caliper mount are both removed to replace the rotors. Level of difficulty is on a scale of one to ten 2- maybe 3. Just remove and replace so everything goes back in place. If you are at all not sure do not do the job and have a qualified tech do the work. The brakes are very important to have and work properly.
