Volvo: Niose from wheels when driving slowly, volvo s40 t5, 2005 volvo s40

2005 Volvo S40 T5: Seems disc pads are touching disc when driving slow or pulling away.  There is a noise coming from the rear wheels initially now can feel on steering wheel that it is coming from the front as well.  Took it to the dealership and they chafered the pads but noise still there.

Take a tech for a ride and demonstrate the noise so they know what it is that you hear. That way they more so know what to look for. I have seen on more than one occasion a backing plate get bent and make noise rubbing against the rotor. That is the most simple.
