QUESTION: I have a 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo the turbo lines leak oil will this cause the oil dip stick level to go down?  Also, how do I turn the service light off? Thank you.

Yes the oil level will slowly go down. To turn off the service light hook up the scan tool toggle to service light reset and answer yes. You will need a scan tool.

I am not sure about aftermarket scan tools, you would need to try one to see if that service light program is part of the tool. I do know that there is a tool out there made for Volvo to just reset the service light. That might be bought at the dealer. Try ohiodiagonstics.com
