Volvo: fuse location, fuse box, ash tray

I have a 91 volvo 940se.  None of the lights for the instrument panel are working.  Please let me know where the fuse box is for my car.  If not a fuse, would it be a bulb?  If so, how do I get to the bulbs?  Is this difficult?

Some are behind the ash tray others are behind a cover left side of dash where the door meets the dash area. Bulbs need to pull cluster for replacement, some work not brain surgery. See if there is a rheostat slide switch left of the steering column.
