Volvo: re; 89 740 gl engine replace, e mail address, flywheels

Ray, The flywheel was never changed off the 92 motor. Doe's it need to be? IF so, can you tell me the proper way it goes on ? Thanks again , Jim

Did your old engine use the LH 2.4 system? The flywheels do they look the same? Do you have a flywheel pick up? If yes are the wires all shreaded? A photo of the correct flywheel position will require either a fax number or e-mail address to send it to. There is not a way I can make an attachment to this site.
Fill me in the all the symptoms the vehicle has.
