Volvo: volvo 761gle wont start when cold, fuel pumps, wits end

been to  4  garages in  past 18 months  wasted  money  with  no  luck  i  am at wits end need help  urgent  hope  you  could help adespret aussie

Lets make sure the battery is good and that the fuel pumps are turning on. Check the fuel pressure when you first try to start. What fuel system do you have? You will need to preform some test so we can get some knowlege of what is going on.
