dear sir
i have a question. ihave volvo s40 t4 2001, 200 bhp. when i drive it and when i open my window i can smell strong fuel. when the windows are closed i can not smell nothing. what can be the problem , and why i smell it only when the window is opened. I am sure I do not have a fuel tank leak.

You can't smell the fuel in your cabin with your windows up because you have a good seal from the engine bay.  A strong odor of fuel might be a leak in your fuel line, your throttle body/intake manifold, or injectors.  The best thing you could probably do yourself is to pop the hood and visually check for a fuel leak around the the aformentioned areas.  If nothing is found under the hood, try jacking your car up to look underneath at the fuel lines.
