Volvo: Headlight adjustment on 1993 240 wagon, garage door, headlights

How do you adjust the headlights up/down , in/out on a 1993 240 wagon. The driver side headlight seems like it's angled too far center and down.

There are a series of screws surrounding the light and its mounting bezel that you can turn at different tensions to adjust the angle of the headlight.  It usually works to point the car at your garage door at night, and make the adjustments realtime.  I believe on your 93, you'll have to take off the plastic cover first, to get access to everything, but I could be wrong.  A close examination of the headlight will tell you pretty quick what is required.  Good luck!
