Volvo: 94 850 volvo turbo, shift override, microswitch

Question
I can't shift out of park unless I hit the shift override button. I read somewhere that it might be the microswitch? What do you think? And if i buy the part is it easy enough for me to change myself?

Also the cloth on my sunroof peeled off? Any suggestions on gluing it back on? or should i buy another plastic panel?
But most importantly how do I remove the plastic sliding cover panel? If i can remove it my self it would make it a lot easier to repair or replace.

Hello Huy! There is a microswitch located on the shifter, under the center console. It is is a tight spot and requires splicing in the new switch. The suroof panel can be removed, but is also very tricky. It is best to leave both jobs to a qualified volvo technician.
