QuestionIf I am traveling on a road with one lane in a direction with no lane markings, and immediately after an intersection in the same direction, it now has two lanes, separated by a broken white line, which lane would I go into? Would I Signal, and where would I start to shift positions? I have two examples on Google Streetview.
Thanks!

AnswerThis could be a difficult one. But from what you wrote, I would recommend going into the right lane, unless you were planning on making an immediate left hand turn. As far as using a signal - normally you would use it, however you do not want to turn it on too soon as you do not want other vehicles thinking you might be making a full turn at the intersection.
