Removal & Installation
1. Remove transmission fluid level indicator from the transaxle.
2. Remove starter motor.
3. Remove nuts (with lockwashers) securing the shift lever to the shift tube and remove shift lever.
4. Remove upper bolt (A with lockwasher) securing bracket (B) to the transaxle.
5. Remove two nuts securing the transmission range position sensor to bracket (B) and remove the sensor.
6. To install, reverse removal procedure, being sure to properly connect transmission range position sensor connector.
7. Adjust linkage (refer to Shift Linkage Adjustment, previously given).
8. Check fluid level and add/remove fluid if necessary.
