Do you suggest / recommend to have a Train Travel Passport mandatory document created for travelling from one country to another country similar to international air travel ?.

International Train Travel Passport will be issued by the specific Government.

Wow, you have me stumped on this one, as I never travel by train.  It sounds like it would be a good idea for those that travel primarily by train.  Since many people may not travel via air, but by train, this may be a great asset.
