QuestionI have a grinding noise when I put the truck in any mode, AWD, 4high and 4 low. It will not work, I get stuck in 2 inches of snow. Don't know what's wrong. The lights come on but will not work. Please help

Without, actually looking at it, it sounds like you may have a broken front differential, or front axle. Another possible problem may be a bad transfer case.
I would take it to a reputable shop, and have them check out the front differential, as it is the logical faulty component.
