Jeep: 2001 Grand Cherokee overheats when idle, grand cherokee laredo, grand cherokee

I have 2001 Grand Cherokee Laredo 6 cyl.  Twice it has overheated while in line at a fast food drive thru that took longer than 10 or 15 minutes. The second time I watched the gauge and it took about 10 minutes at idle before it started overheating. As soon as I got back on the road it cooled back down pretty rapidly.  What are your thoughts???

My first thought would be low antifreeze, check that first.  You could also have a raiator stopped up, a waterpump performing poorly, or a thermostat not working correctly.  I would check the antifreeze first then maybe replace the thermostat.  Hope I could help!
