i put carb kit and i cant get the idle

Answer
There are about a dozen things it could be.
You need to make all the adjustments and check that all the vacuum hoses are correctly routed and that all the electrical connections are correct.   

I had to get a factory service manual to get the correct info, and it still took a day to find out what I had done incorrectly.

You need to have a factory manual.
