Suzuki: blowing fuses, bare wire, fuel tank

Hi I have a 94 sidekick and whenever I turn the key on the fuse blow.  I have pulled the fuel tank, filter and still blows.  I have checked the relays and they are fine, as well have checked all wiring from back to dash for a bare wire nothing.  Do you have any suggestions.  Getting very frustrated.  Thanks, Arlene

Well it seems that there is something else on that circuit causing problems.  Get a wiring diagram, and find out what other devices are on the fuse, and disconnect them one at a time, until disconnecting one of them stops the fuse blowing, and proceed from there.
