Suzuki: 2000 suzuki grand vitara, suzuki grand vitara, remote starters

My suzuki takes awhile to warm up and my feet get cold.
What could be the problem?
Also my radio reception is terrible.
What remote starter can I have installed. The previous one was removed by suzuki when I was having stalling problems-it ended up they had to install a high idle cam and haven't had a problem since.

How long is "awhile"?  five minutes or twenty, or more?  Five is not unreasonable, and twenty is a little long, unless you are talking ambient temp of -20 or lower.
I know nothing of remote starters, and have no experience with any vehicles later than '90.   Sorry
