Tips on Buying Cars: Purchasing a New Car, purchasing a new car, leasing options

Hi Ray,

Is there a best time of the year to try to purchase a car? I had heard that dealers really want to get rid of last year's models as the new models come in. I had also heard that waiting until the last couple of months of the year to buy was a good idea? Is this true? If so, does this hold true for good leasing options as well?

My zip is 27613 if that helps at all.
