I recently financed a 2006 Altima(6/4/06) totaling including finance charges "30,000" this car has cloth int, 12miles, and AT transmission. I signed the contract but when i returned home i reviewed it and the price before financing wasnt what the salesman and i agreed on. Im at a lost and i really think i overpaid for this car and i really rather return it. (CAN I?) (MSRP is 21500)

I am sorry you feel cheated. Unfortunately it has been over a month since your purchase, and there is very little, if nothing you can do. One reason for the change in the amount could be the taxes; also depending on what piece of paper you are looking at, you could be looking at all the interest charged in the finance contract.
AnswerI would ask to speak with the GENERAL MANAGER of the dealership. Express your concerns with him. If you have any other paperwork, for example a purchase order, or an agreement to buy, showing a lesser agreed upon amount bring that to the meeting with the G.M. In that meeting express your concerns, and see what, if anything he is willing to do to help.
