  Do  you   accept  Indian  Status   P.S.T  8%   exempt,   not   living  on  reserve  but   can  pick   car  up  on  reserve

First...I cant accept anything only give advice
Second...you did not mention where you from ? i assume your from Canada when you mentioned P.S.T ( provincial sales tax )
HOW IT WORKS
Present your Indian status card to dealer and no tax will be added on bill of sale

Dealer must deliver to an Indian Reserve and show proof of delivery such as a gas recipt from the area

I have delivered many cars to Indian Reserves in this manner and the address on licence always was an Indian Reserve

Phone a Minestry of Transportation licence office in your area to get an explanation...
