is a car with 3800 miles considered used from a dealer?

It will only be a used vehicle if it has been registered...my guess is its not and therefore considered a demo...
The warranty will kick in upon registration with balance  time period or in this case starting with 3800M/ 6080KM which ever comes first as per the mileage mfg allowed...
