Tips on Buying Cars: Buyers Guide, car one, bill of sale

 If I bought a used car, and wasn't provided a Buyer's Guide (it wasn't posted and I wasn't given a copy), is the sales contract complete?  Do I, if I have problems with the car (one week after purchase), have any recourse because of the failure of the dealer to post a Buyer's Guide?

When you sign the bill of sale whatever it says on reverse side is what counts...
Reading into your mail you seem to have a problem with a purchase...explain in detail and i will try to be more specific...
If this vehicle had a reported CARFAX accident the dealer should have disclosed...
