Tips on Buying Cars: warrany, fluid changes, factory warranty

Will Nissan void an extended warranty if fluid changes such as tranny and coolant were done at another shop?  Had it done at Sears.  Have receipts.  I have read that a factory warranty would be ok but extended warranty will be void...

I don't see where a factory warranty would differ from an extended warranty for fluid changes, I would be interested if you could provide the link where you read this ?

To clarify this Goggle Nissan customer service for a phone # to confirm having oil changes or you doing your own oil changes are OK as long as you retain your receipts
