Tips on Buying Cars: buying a new 2009 rav4,v-6,fwd limitedI, level thanks, rav4

I've been told that i can't buy a 2009 rav4,v-6,fwd limited in newyork. I'd like to know if i can buy  this  suv in limited trim fwd in another state?

I am not aware of why you could not purchase this vehicle in New York.  I am located in Texas, and I know that you can buy that vehicle here.  Now understand this, they are very slim because of production issues, but that vehicle is available as a trim level.
