Tips on Buying Cars: odor in my car, power train, mind reader

hi there,
i recently purchased a g35 from the dealer. over the last few months every time i turn the ac on there is a terrible smell coming from the vents.  smell is still there even when i turn the ac off..but not as bad. i check for moisture in the car or just getting in to smell it and nothing is there. only when i turn the car on. what should i do. is this covered under warranty to take the ac out and figure out the cause?

I am not a mind reader, like what year is the car and have you got balance of full warranty or just power train ?

Take the vehicle to the dealer service dept, the technician should provide you with answers at no charge.
