Tires: Tire size compatibility, stock tire size, studded winter tires

Hello.    My daughter has a 2001 Honda accord  with stock tire size 205 / 65R / 15 .   We have an opportunity to buy a set of  slightly used  195 / 65R / 15   Studded winter tires for a good price.   We realize they are slightly smaller than the stock ones , but will that difference hurt our car in any way ?

Going down in size also goes down in load carrying capacity - and that increases the risk of a load related tire failure, which sometimes has tragic results.

My recommendation would be to resell the tires and see what else you can find.
