Tires: TYRES CHANGING, psi pressure, car specification

TO MY 4RUNNER 1998 ICHANGE MY TYRES TO 31*10.5 R15 . MY TYRES DEALER TOLD ME  TO USE 50 PSI PRESSURE ; MY CAR SPECIFICATION USE 29 PSI ; WHAT SI THE RIGHT PRESSURE TO USE ??

Your car specification was for the original tire size.  When you change size, the specification needs to be recalculated.

If I have this right, your original tire size was 225/75R15 at 29 psi.  In order to carry the same load, a 31x10.50R15LT needs to use .... well .......ah ........ It's lower than the minimum I recommend for LT type tires - 35 psi, so THAT would be my answer.
