Tires: Tire Size, snow tires, max load

Hi David,
Will putting 205/60R16 snow tires on my 04 Chev Impala be problematic cf normal 225/60-R16s?

Yes!  Your original P225/60R16 tires have a max. load capacity of 1,609 lbs. per tire at 35 psi. A P205/60R16 (standard load) tire is only rated for 1,356 lbs. at 35 psi.
The 205/60 is significantly under-sized...don't do it.
