Tires: different rim size, 15 inch rims, rim size

If I have 14 and 15 inch rims can I get the right size on both for my 4 wheel ranger??

It's unclear, but I hope you are not suggesting mixing 14" and 15" tires on your 4X4.  Those kinds of vehicle need to have all 4 tires to be identical in order to prevent damage to your drivetrain - and by identical it is meant same size, make, model and state of wear.
