Can I put 205/R70's on my Astro Van?

According to Tire Guides, Astro Vans came with a variety of tire sizes over the years, but none was as small as a 205/70R15.  Using that size would be going down in load carrying capacity and that increases the risk of a load related tire failure, which sometimes has tragic results.
