Tires: Substitute tire sizes, tire failure, tragic consequences

Can I substitute 205/65 R15 for 195/65 R15?  Do I need to buy new wheels to do this?

This would be going down in load carrying capacity and that increases the risk of a load related tire failure, which sometimes has tragic consequences.

Stay with the original tire size.  It is very popular and there will be lots of affordable tires available.
