Tires: Wanli Tires, wanli tires, manufacturer defect

when i bought my car it had 20 inch wanli tires and verde rims.  Now my 2 front tires are splitting on the sides and i was told it was a manufacturer defect.  I am having trouble finding a Wanli Distributor. I am not sure if I will have to pay for these tires or not.  Is there any chance they will replace them ?

There is a possibility that they may adjust the tires, but it will be what is known in the trade as a "prorated" adjustment - meaning a percentage based on how much tread was used.

There also exists the possibility that they may not, depending on what they think caused the cracking.  Underinflation or using a tire that is too small for the vehicle may also cause these types of cracks.

But you will need to find an authorized dealer - which may be a bit of a problem.  Do a search on the internet for either a local dealer or an on-line dealer.
