Tires: tires, cutlass supreme, tire failure

the manufacture tire size for my 95 cutlass supreme is a 225/60R16, i currently have 215/60R16's on it. I'm looking at a tire that offers both sizes but the 215's are $10 cheaper. my question is should i get the 215's or should i stay with what the manufacture recommends?

By using the smaller size, not only is your speedometer not reading correctly, you're also using a tire with a lower load carrying capacity - and that increases the risk of a load related tire failure, which sometime has tragic results.

Use the size the car manufacturer specified.
