QuestionHi, today I bought a set of tires Cooper ATR discoverer
265/70 R18 filled to 36PSI 260KPA ,frankly I'm feeling them
like overfilled plus it smell tires rubber (not burning
rubber) when you get closer. by the way I have a chevrolet
tahoe z71 year 2007 and the stock size was 265/65 R18
filled with 32PSI 220KPA.Thanks in advance for you answer

On every vehicle sold in the US, there is a sticker - commonly called the placard - that will list the original tire size and the proper pressure for that size. The placard is usually located on a doorpost or in the glove box, but sometimes it is located in the trunk or on the fuel filler door.
I think you will find the original tire were supposed to be inflated to 35 psi - and that's what I would recommend.
