Tires: tire repair question, Tire Repair

I have brand new 20 inch tires that I stupidly did not put road hazard on. I hit something in the road that put a very small crack in the sidewall. It now has a slow leak and I'm trying to avoid buying another on right now. Is there something I could use to stop the leak without throughing it out of balance?

The only area of a passenger car tires that is repairable is the tread area, not including the outermost ribs.

The sidewall is specifically not included.

Sorry, but you're going to have to buy a new tire.  Since you know the tire is leaking, for safety's sake, do not delay this.  Do this NOW!!!
