Tires: Tire size for Dodge Neon, dodge neon, series tire

The standard tire size is 185/65/14 for my Neon.  I have been offered new Goodyear Weather Handler 185/75/14 tires from a friend but do not know if I can use them.  Please advise.

 As long as the tire clears in the front you shouldn't have a problem using the 75 series tire.  Have your installer mount a tire on the rim and install the rim/tire on the front and tighten the lugs.  If the clearances are good then your good to go.  Matt, you'll notice a difference in handling with the more narrow and taller tire but, it shouldn't be a drastic change.
