I HAVE A 2000 DODGE DURANGO THAT I RUN 31X10.5R15 TIRES ON.WHAT IS THE PROPER TIRE PRESSURE?

One of the option sizes for a 2000 Dodge Durango was a 31X10.50R15LT - and that ought to be reflected on the placard for your vehicle.  That placard lists the original tire size and the proper pressure for that size - and if I have this right, it ought to say 35 psi front and rear.  Placards are usually located on a doorpost or in the glove box.
