Tires: tire compatibility, rear tires, speed rating

Front tires are 225/60 16 97H. Can I install
rear tires 225/60 16 97T?

You have a problem.

The best tires are supposed to go on the rear.  However, new tires and tires with higher speed ratings are both considered "better".

I think you should either install new H rated tires on the rear - or - install 4 new tires.

BTW, there may be some local regulations that may prevent you installing tires of a lower speed rating than cam originally.
