Tires: what is the rite size of tire, dodge ram 1500, doorpost

i would like to know the rite size of tire for my dodge ram 1500 pick up and it is a 2002 4 door slt 4.7 engine

There are a couple of possibilities, so you'll need to find the vehicle placard, which is usually located on a doorpost or in the glovebox.  It will list the original tire size and the proper pressure for that size.

The most likely answer is P265/70R17, but it is most important that you get this right.
