Tires: Switching out tires and sizes, proper inflation pressure, stock tires

Can I swith my current 2002 stock tires out for the P255/65R17 I can get a really good deal on another set.

In order to answer your question, I need to know what came originally on your vehicle.

Somewhere on your vehicle, usually on a doorpost or in the glovebox, there will be a label, commonly called the placard, that will list the original tire size and the proper inflation pressure for that size.  With that information, I can answer your question.
