Tires: tire manufacture date, mirror image, goodyear

My RV is equiped with Goodyear 245/70R195 G159 Unisteel radials. I have been unable to find any code relating to the manufacture date. The only other numbers that I find on the tires are as follows; T302060 GRW 43EP and the number 410403 apears twice in a mirror image in an arc. The RV was manufactured in 1999 and I have just turned 30K miles. The characters "DOT" do not apear on the tires anywhere. If you can dope out a manufacture date I would be most appreciative.

The date code is in the Tire Identifcation Number which is located near the letters DOT - but I think you already know that.

Usually these are located within an inch and a half of the rim line, and only on one side - and that side might be the inside.
