Questionin ohio are rider glasses needed if you have motorcycle with a windshield?
AnswerAccording to the Ohio BMV Manual, "A windshield is not a substitute for a faceshield or goggles". So I'd say, no. ;)
There are plenty of OSHA Certified safety glasses that actually look quite nice, and are functional. One brand I highly recommend is the Wiley X brand. They make OSHA Certified sunglasses and goggles, with optional clear lenses that pop in/out. They've also got some models that have a foam backing to help protect against wind. I actually own 3 pairs of these myself.
