Motorcycle Safety & Driveability: rider visibility, strobe lighting, bicycle shoppe

i have looked for a helmet w/ a strobe integrated in the anterior. ihave had no luck, but did find strobes w/ elastic straps at a bicycle shoppe. is it legal to ware these say on my arms, any suggestions

I am based in the United Kingdom and as far as I can see strobe lighting, similar to bycycles are no problem.  What I have seen is a hi Viz waistciat that has lights fitted into it.
