I was wondering if you know what the top speed of the Honda Ruckus 250 is??

I don't know, but based on the engine size and bike design/tires, I'm guessing it's probably in the 65-75 mph range. You can probably find exact specification about the Ruckus at the Honda Motor Corp Web site or by calling a local Honda dealer.
