Used Cars: 1999 pathfinder, red flags, work horse

found a 1999 pathfinder on net with only 85000 mi  for under $3000.

has 3.3 L engine.  Is that too small for this vehicle? what kind of gas milaeage to expect?  any chronic problems that you know of?  Thanx

The 99 Pathfinder was rated around 15mpg combined city and hwy, as for engine size it's not to small.

Personally I rate this vehicle excellent, a real work horse, I have sold many with over 150K.

However there are many other factors that must fall into place making vehicle a valid value, if you would like to provide a link I will check for red flags ?
