Used Cars: car, state of texas, few days

my daughter got a used car few days ago and decided she no longer wants this car i was thinking in the state of Texas you had a 30 day return ,, on used are new ,,

I dont really know what the laws are in Texas, but I am in Oklahoma, and if they are similar, there is no 30 day return on used.  There may be something like that on new, but I dont really think so.  Some dealers run that type of advertising, but most of the time, it is just a dealer offering that, it is not a law.
