Used Cars: Which one to go for?, toyota camry, elimination process

I am looking to buy a used generation 4 toyota camry, however, i dont know which year is the best choice.

Among, Camry 1997, 1998, and 1999, which one should i buy?

you are shopping for vehicle's over 10 years old, the only factor that come into play is present " CONDITION "" EXAMPLE " the 1997 could be worth twice as much as the 1999.
