Used Cars: mitsubishi lancer 02, valid choice, mitsubishi lancer

I was looking at a 02 Lancer, with 111,111 miles.
The dealer wanted $4,499 for the car. Are these cars reliable with that many miles?, also is this car over priced.

Shopping for a vehicle in the $5000. range - Mfg - make - model or miles takes a back seat to CONDITION.
