Do you have to have a NC driver's license to purchase a vehicle or will your ID suffice?

Answer
Each state has their own rules and regulations and you really need to call the local Department of Motor Vehicles or possibly a tag agent.  Here in oklahoma you do not have to have a license to purchase a car with cash, you do have to have one if it is being financed.
